Ganesh Chalisa
About this Chalisa
The Ganesh Chalisa praises Shri Ganesha — the elephant-headed son of Shiva and Parvati — as the remover of obstacles (Vighnaharta) and lord of beginnings. It is recited at the start of any new endeavour, on Wednesdays, and during Ganesh Chaturthi. The forty chaupais describe his form, his mount (the mouse), and his role as the first deity to be invoked in any prayer.

Healers World withholds the text of Ganesh Chalisa because the repository does not yet record an exact printed edition and page reference. This avoids presenting a mixed or altered recension as authoritative.
In the meantime, you can read the complete Hanuman Chalisa — all 40 chaupais with Hindi, transliteration, and meaning.
