Lakshmi Aarti (Om Jai Lakshmi Mata)
About this Aarti
"Om Jai Lakshmi Mata" is the most widely sung Lakshmi aarti. The five stanzas praise the goddess of wealth seated on a lotus, her four arms, her companion elephants, and her role as the divine mother who bestows prosperity and removes poverty (Ashta-Daridra). It is recited on Fridays and during Diwali (Lakshmi Puja night).
